Engineering Engagements
All engineering work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, schedule, acceptance criteria, intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability. Nothing on this website supersedes that agreement.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of design outputs, documentation, and firmware developed during an engagement is defined in the governing engagement agreement. Website content, branding, and layout remain the property of ChipEdge.net.
Third-Party Suppliers
Fabrication, assembly, component distribution, and test services may be performed by third parties. Supplier lead times, pricing, and availability are subject to change and are outside ChipEdge.net direct control.
Limitation of Liability
